First of all - you can access the training at any time of the day and night, to suit you. You do not have to complete the training all in one go, take it at your own pace. The training will take about an hour to an hour and a half to complete.
I'm a counsellor and counselling supervisor, I teach counselling and mental health awareness.
I deliberately chose 'Therapist' because this training is appropriate for most, if not all, therapists who are in private practice. Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Beauty Therapist, Holistic Therapist. Anyone who is not an HCPC (Health & care professions council) regulated professional.
We will cover the origins of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, review current legislation and look at the impact on various professions, including independent therapists.
At the end you will be able to make sure that your Practice meets the requirements of the Equality Act 2010
You will have access for a minimum of a year - there are many legislative changes in the pipeline and I will be updating the training as they become law.
Any substantial changes I will pop you an email.
Because it's the law!

This training will help you understand the current situation in the UK, and support you to have a complaint Practice.
YES. This training has been designed by me specifically for UK therapists in private practice.
